Its time to burn the stick and eat the carrot

Its been a strange year and I seen to have lost contact with this blog, well I found it again…

I also found this excellent Youtube video on why the carrot and stick method of incentivising creative staff does not work. It starts slowly but the message is clear and worth hearing.
